We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Technician to join our Melbourne, FL facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hydraulic cylinder repair, seal replacement, and hydraulic system troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include disassembling, inspecting, and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders; replacing seals and worn components; performing pressure testing; and maintaining accurate service records.
Technical Skills
- Hydraulic cylinder disassembly and rebuild;
- Seal kit replacement and installation;
- Hydraulic pressure testing and diagnostics;
- CNC lathe and mill operation (preferred);
- Blueprint and technical drawing reading;
- Familiarity with hydraulic fluid types and specifications.
